The Annual WinterFest Photography Contest is sponsored by the Chelmsford Cultural Council.

Entries will be on exhibit at the main library for the month of February. Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, February 4 from 2-4 p.m. Refreshments and music by the jazz guitar duo, The DoubleNecks. Winners of the Photography Contest will be announced. The recipients of 2012 Mass Cultural Council LCC grants will be recognized as well.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s judges are Bette Gagnon, Art teacher at Chelmsford High School, and Paula Tognarelli, executive director of the Griffin Museum of Photography in Winchester, MA. There are three categories - professsional, amateur and student. Cash prizes will be awarded.
There will be a "Peoples' Choice" award as well..
