Replicas of 15th to 18th century Navigation Instruments made by Chelmsford
resident Leon Poirier. Leon is a Senior Navigator in the U.S. Power
Squadron and has taught Navigation for 30 years. He has also taught
Electrical Engineering at UMass Lowell and Tufts. Learn more about these
instruments at a special
presentation by Leon Poirier on March 1st at 7 p.m.
