Adult Education Fair

Whether you are thinking about going back to school for a degree or just taking a class for personal development you might want to attend the Library's upcoming Adult Education Fair on Saturday, May 20th, from 2-4 p.m. This fair is free and open to the public.
Organized by library volunteer, Debra Tait, this Fair will bring together administrators and admissions reps from approximately 20 colleges and continuing education programs in the area to meet with you. They will have applications and catalogs and can answer your questions about their programs. We're still compiling the list of participants.

So far, the schools attending include:
Middlesex Community College (Associate Degree and Certificate Programs, Continuing Ed and MILES)
UMass Lowell (Continuing Ed and LIRA)
Elderhostel
Rivier College, Nashua
Boston University (Tyngsboro and Boston) Corporate Education
BU Metropolitan College
BU Arts Administration Graduate Program
BU School of Social Work
Merrimack College (Continuing and Professional Education programs)
Suffolk University-MBA program at Merrimack College, North Andover
Northeastern University, Burlington campus (Executive and Professional Development)
The Career Place, Woburn
Southern New Hampshire University
Fitchburg State College
Mass School of Law (at Andover)
ITT Tech Institute
University of Phoenix - Greater Boston campus
Daniel Webster College
The Explorers Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI)

In addition, a variety of local organizations and programs will be represented such as Indian Hill School of Music, Roudenbush Community Center, Chelmsford Recreation Department, and Chelmsford Community Education. Framingham State College and Operation A.B.L.E. will have brochures available.
We will have a table for brochures and business cards for independent tutors and art and music teachers.
