1)    Undertake efforts to increase volunteerism and civic engagement in Chelmsford
2)    Recognize and acknowledge volunteers
3)    Solicit and distribute donations to address identified needs in the community
4)    Make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen for naming buildings, parks, etc. for deserving residents.
