World Wide Wednesdays @ Chelmsford 2008

Be sure to catch "World Wide Wednesdays @ Chelmsford," at the MacKay Library in North Chelmsford. Concerts run from 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays from July 9h through August 13th. Grab a blanket or lawn chair, pack a lunch and don't forget your dancing shoes! In case of rain or threat of rain the concerts will be held at the Chelmsford Senior Center, 75 Groton Road, North Chelmsford. Call the MacKay Library at 978-251-3212 if any questions.

The Line up for 2008:

July 9 - Grupo Fantasia - Merengue, Salsa, Reggae, Mariachi, Cuban and Latin jazz and more!

July 16 - C'est Si Bon -Led by Angela Rossi, ‘C’est Si Bon’ presents French Cabaret tunes and transports the audience to French Cafes on the Left Bank.

July 23 - InkasWasi - In colorful Peruvian attire Inkaswasi perform instrumentals, songs and dance of their native Peru

July 30 - Mariachi Mexamerica Mariachi Mexamerica play and sing Mexican songs of their colorful culture Guadalajara, Mexico

Aug 6 - Jolly Kopperschmidts - Jolly Kopperschmidts play traditional German music in ‘oom pa’ fashion complete in lederhosen

Aug 13 - ContraBanditos -New England Contra, Barn Dance, Celtic, Old Time Fiddle and contemporary
