Winterfest Chelmsford is a celebration of the winter season by the local groups and organizations in Chelmsford. It is held every year during the first weekend in February.

History

Chelmsford Winterfest started in 1993 as a way to showcase the conservation land and open spaces around Chelmsford. Since then, it has grown to include more sites and organizations around town, and now celebrates cultural in addition to the natural winter actives.
