Celebrate Arbor Day with the members of the Country Lane Garden Club as they plant and dedicate a Japanese pseudocamellia on the lawn of the Chelmsford Library.

The event is schedule for Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 11 a.m., and the public is welcome.
