Program Proposal

    Do you have an idea for a program at the library? The Chelmsford Library hosts many different types of programs, including author talks, lectures, crafts, musical performances, and art shows. We receive many proposals and do our best to provide a wide variety of quality programs for the public. Not every proposal we receive can translate into a program, but we will retain your information for potential future bookings.

    We can usually accommodate a small honorarium for presenters. Do you typically charge a fee to libraries?
